Frequently asked questions

Ordering can be done online via the FlowerMarket tab on our website.

As we are a flower farm, not a florist, we put together bouquets with blooms that are in flower at the time of order.

Our flowers are arranged in bouquets ranging from £10.

Of course.  At the time of order, please state your message that you would like to be added to your bouquet.

Our flowers vase life should be 7-10 days depending on environment and care of the flowers.  They should be placed in a cool environment, out of direct sunlight and the vase water should be changed every second day, with a small cut of the stem. There are a few varieties that may only last up to 5 days. This is due to the variety of flower; however, we choose to use these flowers for their sheer beauty.  If you don’t want these varieties in your bouquet, please state this at the time of order.

We offer subscriptions for people who would like regular deliveries of seasonal cut bouquets.  We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and 3-monthly period subscriptions.  Please visit the FlowerMarket tab on our website.

Payment options at this moment are PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash on delivery.  An invoice will be emailed to you once you order and all payment details can be found on this invoice.

Yes, we deliver.

We do morning and evening deliveries and 24 hours are required from order to delivery.  We do not do same day delivery as our blooms are harvested to order and they need time to condition to maximise quality and longevity.

We deliver to anywhere within a 20-mile radius of the farm, subject to delivery cost.

Yes, a delivery charge of £2.99 will be added to your order.
