Delivery

How does delivery work?

Our delivery times are from Wednesday to Saturday between 2pm and 7pm. For same day delivery please order before 2pm. If you have any queries please contact us on 0151 832 6565.

What is the delivery cost?

Our Standard Delivery range from £4.50 – £10.00 according to your location.

For same day delivery we charge and extra fee of £5.50.

All orders for Hale Village and Farm pickup are free of charge.

Where is the Farm based?

Lakes & Rivers Flower Farm is based in Hale Village. Our address is Pond House, Ramsbrook Lane, Hale Village, L24 5RP. For direction please click here.

What are the Farm opening times?

Our Farm is not open to the public, but we are available for contact from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our Farm Shop is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am – 3pm.

Ordering

How do I order?

You can place an order for your flowers via our website.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed via our website, we are unable to cancel or amend any part of your order.

How do I pay?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa credit/debit , Master credit/debit, American Express. We only accept cash or contactless payments at the Farm. Please note, Our Delivery drivers cannot accept cash on delivery.

Can I choose the flowers in my Seasonal Bouquet?

As we are a seasonal flower farm, we make all bouquets with farm-fresh blooms that are in flower at the time of ordering. We update the pictures on our website once a month with the seasonal flowers.

Can I write a message with my flowers?

Yes, you can. We offer handmade cards, printed cards or a little note. When purchasing any of our cards you can choose to ‘leave it blank’ or ‘write my message’. If you prefer not to purchase a card, but still want to include a note, please enter the note at checkout.

Subscription

What is a flower subscription?

We offer seasonal bouquets subscriptions for those who would like regular deliveries of seasonal cut bouquets. We offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly subscriptions. You can choose from our Pre-paid Subscription (Single upfront payment) or Ongoing Subscription (Pay-as-you-go-style) Single upfront payment. We offer free delivery with all Pre-paid Subscriptions and discounted delivered with all Ongoing Subscriptions. For more information please check our Flower Subscriptions here.

Flowers

How long do the flowers last?

Our flowers vase life range from 7-10 days depending on environment and care of the flowers. Please note, flowers must be placed in a cool environment, out of direct sunlight and the vase water should be changed every second day, with a small cut of the stem. There are a few varieties that may only last up to 5 days due to the variety of flower; however, we choose to use these flowers for their sheer beauty. Please note, our blooms are harvested to order and they need time to condition to maximise quality and longevity.
